Job description / Role
Mandarin speaking Property Consultant - UAE
Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate professional who must be fluent in Mandarin, to join their expanding organization. You must be self-motivated with a results driven personality. Our client offers a basic salary plus excellent commission structure as well as ongoing incentives. Medical Insurance and flights will also be provided by the Company.
- To negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Liaise with lenders, inspectors, and colleagues to ensure that terms and conditions of all agreements are met
- Presenting purchase offers to seller
- Interviewing clients to establish their needs, then show them the relevant properties
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices and legal requirements
- Preparing representation contracts and all required agreements
- Overseeing the signing of all documentation
- Coordinating property closings
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- 2 years Real Estate Experience in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills
- Honesty and hardworking
- Aggressive yet polite attitude
- Self-Motivated and tenacious
- Presentable
