The RoleThe RoleTo develop, maintain and update an effective Manpower Planning to ensure optimal utilization of ADNOC Distribution’s manpower resources at all levels by forecasting current and future manpower and staffing requirements. To analyse current manpower, staffing and turnover levels and plan for recruitment, promotion, training and development, succession planning, and career development, according to company’s Recruitment, Employee Development and Nationalisation policies. |
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in Business Administration with a relevant professional qualification. (IPD qualified preferably) - 7 years related experience - Knowledge of manpower and succession planning best practices, methods, and strategies - Good Organizational, Planning and time-management skills - Excellent interpersonal, persuasion & communication skills - Computer literate - Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages |
