The RoleThe Role* Effectively strategize, plan and organize Manpower as a resource which is required for organizational efficiency. * Contributing to the success of the organization by analyzing, understanding Manpower functions and translating strategy into action * Be familiar with the latest trends, developments and software packages in terms of Manpower planning * Align corporate strategy with the HR strategy in order to meet Manpower planning objectives * Effectively assess the present and future needs of the organization in comparison with the present resources and future provided resources thus creating a balance between supply and demand * High-level understanding of the - effects of technological change on task needs, - efficiency, productivity and flexibility of labor as a result of training, work study, organizational change and employee motivations - changes in employment practices - variations and changes in response to new legislation with regards to payroll taxes, health and safety, employee benefits etc - changes and updates in Government policies * Formulate strategy and work closely with other HR departments in order to further plan resources such as recruitment, training and development, labor turnover and changes in workforce optimization |
RequirementsRequirementsProven experience (10 to 15 years) of in-house manpower planning Master's Degree in related field Ability to plan and organize resources Ability to think analytically, problem solve and be innovative Be able to work within team Ability to align strategies |
