Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A new role has arisen within the broader Recruitment and Manpower planning team, based in ADCB Head Office.

Responsibilities:

- To control the full spectrum of manpower planning activities across the Recruitment department, including budget, internal and external vacancies, and

- Ensuring compliance of all relevant documentation and process flow

- To generate reports on all vacancies with their status when required

- To generate additional reports when required on a regular basis by internal or external authorities

- To control all departmental transfers

- Provide recommendations to develop or cover observable weaknesses in the current processes and forms

Requirements

- You must have an expert level of proficiency with Excel

- Proven analytical skills in a similar function

- Experience working in a similar function, ideally within a leading banking or financial institution

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience
