Job description / Role
Process employee payroll by the end of each month.
Maintains employee records/personal files and ensure all documentation is scanned.
Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
Responsible for updating the Organizational charts on a weekly basis.
Creating and updating the manpower planning processes.
Responsible for preparing the manpower plan with the priorities for the recruitment team.
Requirements
Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel Software.
Excellent Communication Skills.
1 to 2 years of experience.
