The RoleThe RoleA Leading company in metal and plastic packaging in Saudi Arabia and the entire GCC region. Its portfolio of products includes industrial and consumer goods packaging solutions and it supplies some of the world’s most well-known brands. Responsible for the overall control of production, manpower needs, training, performance evaluation Responsible for assuring build- in quality during production. Regularly review & monitor output versus plan/forecast, taking actions as appropriate to ensure targets are met. Participating in the Setting of plant policy in order to ensure lowest manufacturing cost. Drive profitability, create, and implement new production management strategies to achieve company’s objectives and to promote continuous improvement mentality within organization. Apply professional personnel management practices to ensure competency & continuity of staff in Production Department who will be fully capable of achieving objectives through regular performance reviews, training & motivation. Managing a team of 30-40 people. |
RequirementsRequirementsGender : Male Preferred age : 35-40 Yrs Graduate in mechanical or industrial engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc, B.Eng) or similar, ideally with additional business or financial qualifications (e.g. MBA). At least 8 years’ experience with proven results in large manufacturing and fast growing environment. Experience in metal or plastic packaging production, automotive or automotive components, white goods or similar, with direct experience of modern Production Management methods to optimize company assets utilization, productivity, cost, customer service and quality. Outstanding people manager with strong team leadership ability and interpersonal skills; track record of leading, motivating and developing a workforce. Demonstrates high standards of integrity & loyalty; able to build & maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage |
