Job description / Role
Main responsibilities:
a. Management and Education for Crew personnel
b. Investigate accident and incident reports with DPA. Participate in ensuring Company policy related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment are implemented.
c. Ensure suitability surveys (ADMA, ADGAS etc Major Vetting) , where required, and sail-away surveys are conducted and vessels are certified for undertaking voyage.
d. Oversee Crewing department so competent trained crew are inducted
e. Inspect vessels to ensure seaworthy condition and arrange for maintenance and repair activities to correct any deficiencies
f. Monitor performance of vessels and compliance with all applicable health, safety, security, and pollution prevention regulations.

Subordinates: Fleet Manager / DPA
Duration: permanent or contract
Desired start date: immediate
Probation: 3 M
Working Hours: Sat - Thu. 08am-6pm
Travel requirements: Occasional
Gross monthly base salary: After Interview
Commission / Bonus: After Interview

Requirements
University qualifications: Marine back ground
Previous experience: 2years experiences as assisting technical superintendent or marine engineer
Specialist knowledge: Technical superintendent, Class survey, management of vessel, ADMA, SPC etc
Other Skills: Good communicator, in passion to develop & assist our fleet department and to support company's goal to operate vessel in time & at any time.
Language Skills: English & etc
