NTS Group are working with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a Market Access & Diagnostics Lead for the Gulf region.

The Market Access & Diagnostics Lead will ensure timely, high quality in-market companion diagnostics / testing solutions to enable optimal treatment throughout the patient journey & develop strategic and long-term partnerships with relevant Oncology stakeholders and decision makers in the complex Oncology ecosystem.

Requirements

- 3+ years experience with consistent success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Possesses solid scientific and disease area knowledge in Oncology and the drive to continually build individual knowledge over time
- Demonstrates deep understanding of the science behind diagnostics including deep understanding of range of diagnostic techniques / platforms and applications to patient selection
- Market knowledge of the UAE market is essential, with a preference for market knowledge for other Gulf markets
- Understanding of the impact of public policy and political influences on coverage, payment and regulatory decisions
- Understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace
- Business English Language verbal, written and auditory, preferably Arabic Language conversational
- Ability to develop Market Access & pricing strategies
- Experience of working closely with payer customers
- Knowledge of the local healthcare systems
