Employment: Full Time

General Scope
Responsible for the back office support to Getinge MEA team including all distributors and end customers in the Middle East & Africa region.

The position will be based at the Getinge Group office in Dubai and reports to the President in Getinge Middle East & Africa.

Responsibilities
Back office support to Getinge MEA team, as well as customers visiting Dubai office and the Regional Training Center. Work tasks such as VISA applications, invitation letters accommodation and transport bookings are included in this scope of work.
Registrations of warranty claim and follow up shipment as well as quality complaints from Distributors.
Quality reports and follows up in the internal QA system.
Monthly expense report to be provided to direct manager and Getinge International AB.
Filter and forward leads to Getinge MEA team and Distributors and sales reports.
Administration support to Regional Training Center, with work task such as registration of students and providing necessary information before the training/ arrival. Coordinating VISA, invitation letters, transport, accommodation and catering services during the training.
Leads and account management in Salesforce.com
Support and organize Distributor and customer meetings and exhibition in the MEA region.

Salary Range AED 5,000 – AED 7,000

Requirements

Education & work experience
A bachelor degree and similar educational certificate.
Experience in customer service, sales and/or logistics.
Experience in CRM and ERP systems.
Experience in working with channel management such as local Distributors is seen as a merit.

Required knowledge
Fluent in English
Very good knowledge in Word and Excel and Outlook program.
Basic accounting and expense management skills.

Required skills
Good service capability and ready always to assist the distributors/customers
Good verbal and written skills
Ability to explain and be distinct, clear in the message to the Distributor/ customer.
Ability to read and establish reports and respond to questions from manager, distributor and customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as sales reports, discounts and percentages.
Ability to always find practical solutions and communicate well with involved stakeholders.
Ability to organize and and prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Required behavior
Work well independently and in a team, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. The right attitude is crucial and sense of urgency is an important behavior.
