Market Manager - Fertilizer (Magnesia)

On behalf of our client, a well established multinational producer and marketer of animal nutrition products, we are looking to recruit a Market Manager to their new office in Dubai. Reporting to the Area Manager, your main mission will be to develop the Market and to facilitate the expansion of our business for Magnesium product line in the Middle East and India. You are to meet the objectives (such as margin, volume and market share) set out for market. Your role is to ensure that our range is brought to an identified market as well as to ensure the market is developed in accordance with the objectives laid out by the Management. Your responsibilities will also include developing and monitoring the new client portfolio, including market analysis, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. You will also ensure the correct processing of client orders and the monitoring of logistics and payments, and be responsible for the reporting to the Management.

Requirements

The successful candidates should have minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of commodities, ideally animal nutrition, fertilizers or equivalent, in an international environment specifically both in Middle East and India. A good understanding of international trade regulations will be an asset. You are fluent in Arabic and English, the knowledge of French is a plus. Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, adaptability and excellent negotiation skills are also necessary to succeed in this function. Ideally you are between age of 28 and 32.
