Market Manager – Lebanon & Jordan

On behalf of our client, a well established multinational producer and marketer of animal nutrition products, we are looking to recruit a Market Manager for their new office based in Dubai.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your main mission will be to develop the Market and to facilitate the expansion of their business in the Middle East.

You are to meet the objectives (such as margin, volume and market share) set out for Lebanon and Jordan market. Your role is to ensure that their range is brought to an identified market as well as to ensure the market is developed in accordance with the objectives laid out by the Management.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and monitoring the new client portfolio, including market analysis, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

You will also ensure the correct processing of client orders and the monitoring of logistics and payments, and be responsible for the reporting to the Management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a educational background in business and minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development in an international environment specifically in the Middle East.
B2B sales experience in raw materials and commodities will be an asset as well as a good understanding of international trade regulations. You should be fluent in Arabic and English, the knowledge of French is a plus.
A dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, adaptability and excellent negotiation skills are also necessary to succeed in this function.
