Market Research Analyst (Automotive)

Job description / Role

This Market Research Analyst will be working with Brand Communication Specialist and directly reporting to Marketing Director.

Purpose of role
Analyses the companys customers, competitors, collaborators, and market context; provide recommendations to shape the marketing strategy, and make actionable, business-oriented recommendations.

Key results/Accountabilities expected from the role
- Conducts in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods.
- Scopes and conducts research to deliver insights regarding customer perceptions and purchase behaviour.
- Manages, directs and boosts marketing activities to guarantee smooth services, excellent relations with companys major business sources and sustaining growth in the country to enhance brand visibility.
- Liaises with other functions for examining and scrutinizing market statistical data to project future marketing trends and to forecast business needs of sales and products and hunting of new terrains.
- Initiates and provides competitor programs, packages, and products and gathers competitor marketing information.
- Analyses company brands and writes marketing and promotional briefs to optimize business outputs and ensure overall development of company profile.
- Identifies and captures target consumer base through highly focused launches, campaigns and promotional services.
- Generates marketing dashboards contain the data of annual regional brands performance in terms of revenue, market share, and etc.
- Analyses up-to-date regional regulatory and product suitability requirements, and keeps management updated.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in related disciplines
- 5+ work experience in Automobile industry as Market Analyst
- Marketing Trends Tracking, Competitor Analysis, Market Research & Analysis skills
- Motivating, Analytical Thinking, Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, other language(s), especially Arabic, is advantageous.

Location/Travel requirement, salary and benefits
- This position will be based in Dubai, and national travelling would be required.
- Monthly salary AED 12k~16k + Bonus scheme + Benefits
