The RoleThe RoleResponsible for the critical evaluation of Cash Flow Statements/ Feasibility Studies/ etc. through the application of well-developed investigative and analytical abilities. Manage the Asset quality of the Real Estate Portfolio through efficient Portfolio Monitoring Responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties owned by the firm. * Responsible for setting and executing property strategy, by directly involving with processes including acquisitions, financing, disposition and property-level decision making. * Establish and enforce Benchmarks, Policies & Procedures.  * Formulate and implement strategies required to maximize the Real Estate Subsidiary's return on idle Real estate assets * Draft , Monitor and Assess the Business Development Plan * Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. * Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing * Facilitate Leasing program that aligns with portfolio strategy while maintaining the best relations with existing clients. * Accomplish the appropriate tenant mix and execute leasing strategy that aligns cash flows with portfolio needs * Perform Capital Project Management including- Providing management with valid and reliable information for phases of planning including: budgets, staffing, capital improvements, and other programs. * Embody the requisite capital allocation and property selection and, and create appropriate strategies and leadership skills to mobilize the organization towards the same portfolio mission. * Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance * Work closely with Property managers and Leasing agents to provide direction develop solutions and overview of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals * Conduct in-depth Analysis on the Real Estate Portfolio including Residential & Commercial properties * Ensure that market opportunities are identified and translated into the correct property selection and asset origination * Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections * Analyze site capabilities and limitations by conducting Feasibility Studies * Execute leasing function by finding and executing the highest possible leasing opportunities * Evaluate facility alternatives proposed in order to recommend the most |
RequirementsRequirements* Post Graduate Degree in Finance (CA/ CFA) * Minimum 3 years of Supervisory Management experience in Portfolio Management & Market Research. * Credit & Portfolio Management Skills * Proficiency with formulating Cash flow projections in Excel * Ability to prepare and deliver effective and persuasive presentation & Reports on complex topics to Senior Management by using original or innovative techniques. * Comprehensive understanding of arithmetic, accounting and algebraic functions * Able to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions * Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills * Must be Team Oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment * Must be Self-motivated and capable of functioning with minimum supervision * Must be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks pro-actively. * Excellent knowledge of UAE relevant legislations and procedures |

An Emiri Decree issued by His Highness the Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the founder of modern Dubai, laid the cornerstone of Commercial Bank of Dubai. We started out as a joint venture of Commerzbank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Commercial Bank of Kuwait. A minority stake was held by a few UAE businessmen. By 1982, little more than a decade later, we evolved into a National Public Shareholding company. A feat complimented by an exponential increase in the capital base and mammoth restructuring of our operations. The feather in the cap came when the Government of Dubai became a key shareholder.
