Job description / Role
This MNC is expanding it local PMR business. As part of the ambitious growth plan, they are seeking a multi-faceted individual for its operation in Jeddah who can perform functions at all levels with primary focus on BD, as well as including management of projects and client engagement.
1. Business Development:
Responsible for identifying opportunities for follow on work and new leads in KSA. Develop client bids and proposal presentations and close with assistance of the management team
2. Project Management:
Responsible for design, development and delivery of PMR projects in KSA. Must have experience in Ad Hoc & Customized research campaigns
3. Financial
Support in the achievement of the financial objectives of PMR plan in the Middle East (Revenue & Profitability). Additionally, you will have individual revenue targets for the designated region/s.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years minimum in Market Research, preferably on agency side
- BD experience
- Strong PM experience & skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and have a string respect for timelines
- Experience in managing most major qualitative & quantitative research techniques
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Dynamic and self-driven individual with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Candidates based in KSA MUST have transferable Iqama
- Ability to travel in the Middle East region
