The RoleThe RoleBusiness Analyst required by an Investment Bank to provide expertise within a Market Risk related project. You will be responsible for analysing the current Market Risk platform and define business requirements in order to ensure the projects success. Internally and Externally research the best practice for the project Understand and manage the analysis of Market Risk requirements Creating logical data models or process diagrams Liaising with IT so that decisions can be made between solution options Create discussion documents to assist in the resolution of issues Communicating with IT so t ensure the development and testing of requirements thereby ensuring successful completion To work with a team whilst being able to independently deliver solutions |
RequirementsRequirements Strong VaR and Market Risk experience Understanding of process and data flows associated with Market Risk Strong Understanding of Treasury and derivative instruments (especially IRD) Significant previous experience of business analysis within an Investment Bank Experience with managing requirements for IT systems Documentation of business requirements Experience in writing UAT plans Strong VB, VBA Murex knowledge Experience with data modelling and testing tools Proven experience of delivering large scale change initiatives within an Investment Bank. |
