Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Marketing Budget Control:
- Preparing Marketing LPOs and updating Invoice and LPO reconciliation.
- Provide Marketing Manager with regular budget variance reports.
- Updating of supplier invoices and follow up payments from Accounts dept.
- Responsible for ensuring that sufficient number of quotes are supplied for issuance of LPO.

Marketing Administration :
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team members and all third party suppliers on day-to-day Marketing
- Activities, including all correspondence administration via fax, letter, e-mail or verbal.
- Maintains all Marketing dept. files including promotions, suppliers, proposals, competitive analysis,
- Public relation, media etc.
- Sets regular meetings with advertising agency and responsible for minutes of meetings.
- Administration of Marketing Managers' daily appointment calendar.
- Responsible for organizing all Marketing Manager's correspondence.

Retailer Relations:
- Responsible for administering all correspondence between Marketing team and Retailers.
- Oversee the administration of the mall customer service training program including the scheduling of all seminars,
- Correspondence with retailers, correspondence with customer service training team, preparation of customer service
- Training certificates, distribution of quarterly mystery shopping reports and distribution of all retailer awards in a timely manner.
- Responsible for organizing regular tenant advisory board meetings including scheduling, notifying retailers, organizing venue and writing and distributing minutes.
- Responsible for organizing the yearly merchant meeting for all retailers including co-ordination of site selection, invitation distribution and administration of event.

Mall Promotion and Festivals:
- Responsible or distribution of all marketing memos detailing promotions and festivals.
- Monitoring all promotional feedback forms from Retailers.
- Assists Marketing team in preparation of Sales Promotion reporting.

Mall Directory:
- Update static and printed mall directories and co-ordinate with advertising agency for revisions and final printing.

Marketing PARS:
- Gathers information and prepares PAR/Internal memo whenever necessary.

Marketing Supplies and Equipment:
- Responsible for maintaining the orderly storage of marketing supplies.

Marketing Trainees:
- Supervises and evaluates marketing trainees

Yearly Marketing Plan Budget Preparation:
- Assists Marketing Manager on the preparation of yearly Marketing Plan and Budget.

Requirements

- Should possess a college degree with background in Business Administration with minimum of two years work experience.
- Should have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Should have expertise and proven work experience with : MS Office -Word and Excel.
