Job description / Role
- Assisting, coordinating, and managing exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities as requested.
- Producing and managing additional marketing communications such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Writing different types of copy for brochures, flyers, website, newsletters, blog, social media.
- Managing the organizations social media accounts and content diary.
Requirements
- Graduate, ideally specialized in marketing.
- Should have worked as Marketing Officer or Marketing Assistant or Marketing & Communications Assistant or Corporate Communications Officer.
- Event, communication, marketing and/or public relations experience desirable.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Should have skills in copywriting, press release writing, designing, proof reading, dealing with agencies/suppliers, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organized and self motivated.
- Excellent command of written English with copywriting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in WordPress CMS and MailChimp
- Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM desired.
- Proficiency in Mac OS platform desirable.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license.
