The RoleThe RoleAl-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more. Based in Dubai, the main functions of the Marketing Assistant include: * Preparation of memos/letters, obtain necessary approvals and send to the concerned departments, and maintaining files. * Receiving and dispatching of mails from Head Office and branches. Receive petty cash vouchers and other documents and obtain approvals from the manager on daily basis. * Receiving sales promotional items from Principals or local vendors, allocate, distribute to branches and maintain reserve stock. * Preparing and obtaining approval of attendance variation report, payroll reimbursement claims, trip allowance statements etc, * Arranging telephone and fax bill payments, and dealer rebate payments etc. * Purchasing and maintaining office stationary and other office supplies, arrange staff uniforms etc., * Coordinating with the training center for staff training requirements and registrations. * Assisting in day to day admin and marketing functions. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following: * Minimum 2-3 years experience in admin or marketing * University Graduate * Excellent communication skills * Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach * Fluency in English communication skills * Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment |
