Job description / Role
ADS Securities in Abu Dhabi, UAE is offering a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing Middle Eastern trading platform, providing sophisticated Forex and Bullion trading solutions to institutional and professional investors.
Located in a stable yet fast paced environment, ADS Securities is developing a new and dynamic Forex market from the far-east to Europe for 24/6 investors.
The main objective for this role is to assist the Communication department in a variety of activities and objectives and ensure that the brand of ADS Securities is delivered in an effective and consistent manner.
• Assist the Communications Department with all necessary activities
• Liaise with other departments to supply artworks/ logos/ brands guidelines as required.
• Liaise with advertising, media, PR, website agencies to follow up on media coverage and ongoing projects.
• Administrative support to the Communications Director including calendar management, scheduling events, travel arrangements, processing invoices, presentations preparation etc
• Assist with corporate gifts – liaise with external suppliers to brief, place orders and follow up to delivery.
• Ensure that the organization’s print, online materials are in line with the guidelines, and assist with updating as required.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of corporate events and seminars
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy marketing / communications department. Ideally an Arabic speaker, you will have experience in planning events, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
