Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a broad based role to provide all round Arabic assistance to the Middle East Marketing team, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Based in Riyadh, this role will help drive internal and external business development and marketing activities across all practice groups including the pitch process, PR activity, events and any other business development and marketing activity across the Middle East jurisdiction.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, Middle East , the main responsibilities for this role include supporting the client focused growth programme where Arabic is required and involvement with the online research of target clients and sectors in conjunction with the central research team. Additionally, assisting with the development and ongoing policing of database ensuring contacts are kept up to date including liaising with office contact managers and maintaining and updating brochures and general marketing materials. There will be involvement in responding to regional and global requests for Middle East capability materials, CVs and presentations in Arabic etc. plus assisting in all aspects of PR, interview coordination and news tracking.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is fully bilingual in English and Arabic who is mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy are mandatory as is a professional approach, a can do attitude and a team spirit.

Applicants must be degree educated in business or marketing and possess at least two years relevant experience in an international organisation within the GCC. Project management experience is essential.
