Morgan McKinley is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to come and join a International Law Firm to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be reporting to Head of Marketing & Business, to provide all round Arabic assistance (Reading, Writing and Speaking) to the Middle East Marketing team, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

To work as part of the regional Marketing team to help co-ordinate and drive internal and external business development and marketing activities across all practice groups including the pitch process, PR activity, events and any other business development/marketing activities across Middle East jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Filling in of pitch notification forms upon receipt of incoming opportunities
- Requesting, progressing and assimilating information from local and global offices in order to get pitches in draft format for review
- Assistance with tracking the status and success rates of pitch opportunities
- Responding to regional and global requests for Middle East capability materials, CVs and presentations in Arabic etc
- General housekeeping of Arabic business development support materials

Media, PR and Events
- Assistance in all aspects of the PR process, interview co-ordination, news tracking
- Assist with the co-ordination and planning of practice group and corporate events when

Client Relationship Management
- Supporting the Client Focused Growth programme where Arabic is required
- Reporting back to the Head of Marketing and Business Development - Middle East on progress of CFG activities
- Online research of target clients and sectors in conjunction with the central research team

Requirements

- Fully bilingual in English and Arabic, written and spoken-
- Mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
- Well organised and uses their initiative
- Able to prioritise effectively and often very tight deadlines
