Marketing Associate – Retail

Roles & Responsibility

• Understand the Retail Businesses¡¦ value proposition and competitive advantage and generate marketing plans built around specific target segments to ensure they are well perceived and receive apt publicity

• Provide a full range of services including Marketing Studies & Segmentation in coordination with research, and Marketing Campaigns, in line with the ALDAR strategy for the Retail business

• Create awareness, enhance visibility and strengthen the retail image of ALDAR

• Coordinate with the Research, Sales & Leasing, and Development & Portfolio Management teams to develop the appropriate marketing plans for the Retail businesses

• Develop creative briefs for the advertising agency to use for development of content

• Coordinate with advertising agency on all BTL and ATL advertising needs

• Manage the media planning process with the media agency covering all BTL & ATL media coverage requirements

• Manage the execution of the marketing plan within the Retail properties in coordination with PM & FM

• Work with ALDAR research to study the retail leasing market and gather research data to analyse the competition

Requirements

Job Requirements

Education
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or economics
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience
• 8+ years of Marketing experience
• 3+ years experience in retail / shopping malls or equivalent marketing experience
• 3+ years in a managerial role
