Marketing & Business Development Advisor - Dubai

Our client, an innovative, multinational and multicultural law firm are seeking an experienced Marketing and Business development professional to join the Dubai team.

Core responsibilities:

* Project managing marketing and BD activity and campaigns for the Middle East offices including creation, review and maintenance of all marketing and promotional collateral, website maintenance using content management systems, strategy planning, budget control and results analysis.
* Development of new business proposals and pitches.
* Managing events and client hospitality including speaking opportunities, conferences, sponsorship opportunities and home-grown events.
* Handling communication activities including press release drafting, editing and distribution, feature pitching, coordinating press interviews, journalist networking and crisis management.
* Managing market analysis and identifying opportunities as a result.
* Management of client database including maintenance of contacts, and creation and distribution of newsletters.
* Managing and liaising with head office and suppliers including design teams and website teams.
* Managing legal directory and award submissions on an annual basis.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

This role will suit an experienced BD Executive/Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years professional services background and has solid experience project managing multiple campaigns.

You must be an excellent communicator who is able to build a positive rapport with fee earners at all levels and different offices, whilst developing media and press contacts locally and internationally. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach.
