The RoleThe RoleObjective: HR Management & Training experience. Responsible for the planning and tactical implementation of all marketing and communication initiatives. Creates and implements short and long term marketing plans that are linked to strategy and business objectives, by applying business understanding and analyzing the impact of marketing and communication on existing and potential business. Main responsibilities : 1-Sets trends based on marketing strategy with a clear direction, goals and targets 2-Delegates work appropriately and fairly 3-Managing the marketing budget 4-Distribution of marketing materials and advertisement 5- Responsible for internal and external communication 6-Manage overall content and design of corporate Website 7-Identify and fulfill communications needs Reporting to : General Manager Travel requirements : occasional travel within country, frequent travel |
