Job description / Role
Market Intelligence:
• Understanding of Exploration & Production Oil & Gas Outlook studying the country political context, legal framework, E&P spending and Potential (reserves, production, exports & demand, discovery rate).
• Understanding of drilling activity trends (#wells & rigs) by operator & field.
• Research of operators well schematics working in conjunction with Tenaris technical department.
• Demand forecasting. Correlates activity with the consumption of TS products.
• Study Competitors Performance & Strategy.
• Assist the commercial team to define TS strategic positioning in the different market niches.
• Market indicators follow-up and support to the commercial front-end.
• Assist in ad hoc studies on countries & operators. Report regular news & trends in the market.
Management Control:
• Sales and commercial budgeting & Forecasting. (volume, price & gross margin analysis)
• Assist in preparation of sales reports for Top Management, including monthly P&L analysis and quarterly reports for Investor's Conference Call.
Planning:
• Support activities involving the expansion in the regions (business initiatives). Support Eastern Hemisphere Planning & Industrial departments.
Requirements
• University Degree from a recognized Education faculty (Engineering/ Business Administration/ Economics).
• Working experience in Commercial Planning of Oilfield Services/manufacturing industries (not mandatory).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge, (Excel / PowerPoint / Access)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at any level.
• English proficiency mandatory
