Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. To directly drive the generation of sales leads via all forms of social media, mail campaign plus phone follow-ups, client visits, etc.
2. To own the update of Company website content.
3. To assist the sales teams increase its success rate of conversion of cold-calls to closed/done deals.
4. To own the activity of direct phone calls & follow-ups.
5. To assist the sales team during the pre-sales cycle.
6. To assist in productizing of new core Services.
7. To assist in market studies including the competition, market trends.

Requirements

1.Minimum education: Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship, leadership, business, economics, and commerce.
2. Must be highly computer literate, skilled, and adept at office productivity software.
3. Other distinct advantages:
a. Pleasing & persuasive voice and an amiable personality.
b. Knowledge of desktop publishing software
c. Relationship with the advertising companies, print media.
d. Knowledge of Arabic language.
e. Experience as call center agent
4. Since the candidate is not required to have a degree in computer or engineering, the candidate shall show exemplary learning abilities to comprehend the practices within the MSP
community.
5. Minimum EXPERIENCE
a. DIRECT ownership & meaningful experience in creating & generating sales leads for a Services organization.
b. Preferably the Services organization is: 1st priority
Managed Service provider (MSP); (b) 2nd priority
Application provider; (c) 3rd priority Solutions provider, infrastructure provider, or systems integrator.
c. Market exposure and working knowledge of the SMB market space and/or small vertical markets.
d. 2-to-3 years successful DIRECT lead generation or in similar function including call center agent (as presales.
5. Preferred Female candidate under Husband/Father sponsorship
