Reports to: Center Director/Assistant Director
Subordinate staff: Sales Consultant

Major Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Formulates and suggests the client's overall marketing strategies, policies and procedures with the aim of achieving the targeted annual budgets.
- Creates a universal budget and marketing plan for the marketing section.
- Formulates and implements the annual marketing plan; consistently reviews, evaluates and discusses alternative recommendations with the aim of maximizing returns on investment against agreed upon objectives.
- Identifies and selects promotional and advertising options.
- Develops, implements, and manages new marketing strategies.
- Manages advertising, promotion, and publicity activities.
- Supervises all marketing activities of the client related to promoting the image of the client
- Creates strategic alliances and partnerships with media service providers in order to gain support for penetrating the market.
- Builds a database of all direct and indirect competitors along with their strengths, weaknesses and marketing support activities.
- Supervises all the client's advertisement and promotion campaigns.
- Supervises all public relations & media relations activities.
- Coordinates all communication with stakeholders and maintains positive relations with them.
- Supervises the creation of a filing system (with all documents related to marketing) and ensures it is continuously updated.
- Collect external feedback and reviews where possible to ensure the ideas and wishes of our target market and potential customers are meet
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of marketing activities and provides relevant information to management.
- Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to marketing.
- Evaluates staff and recommends annual raises according to their performance.
- Manage periodic reports showing marketing progress.
- Performs any extra duties assigned by his/her direct supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or a related field.
- 10 years of business experience in marketing activities with 4 years in a Supervisory position.

Skills, Capabilities and Languages:
- MUST have experience within the hospitality & leisure industry
- Knowledge of marketing analysis techniques
- Communication and networking skills

- Leadership & interpersonal skills
- Decision-making skills.
- English language
