Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx Middle East is currently searching for a Marketing & Communications Director to join their private investment team in Abu Dhabi.
In this role, the Marketing and Communications Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing, branding, and communications for the firm. Qualified candidates will work closely with and manage the marketing and communications team, and will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Establish strategic advertising marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products, services and events.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build compelling content including press releases, video scripts, analysts presentations, and general marketing materials for company differentiation in the marketplace.
Develop strategic plans and programs to support communications initiatives across multiple venues and media outlets.
Manage day-to-day Corporate Communications program execution with attentive focus on key external constituencies as well as vendor relationships. Manage workflow among many parties both internally and externally.
Help establish and maintain consistent corporate brand image throughout.
Travel within Abu Dhabi is required.
Requirements
Ideally candidates should have the following:
15+ years relevant experience across different sectors, preferably from an international agency.
Understanding and interest in sports.
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage large projects with attention to detail.
Proven ability to provide guidance and influence all levels of the organization.
Excellent English language skills, both written & verbal; Arabic preferred but not necessary.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field as a minimum.
