Job description / Role
A leading process performance provider, with customers in the mining, oil and gas, and aggregates industries is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to be responsible for planning and implementation of marketing related activities in Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
- Drive demand creation for Products and Service.
- Enhance the brands perception by translating business strategy into effective marketing plans.
- Implement global customer value driven marketing programs across multiple channels.
- Steer and develop Market Area messages/content to drive value propositions & positioning.
- Implement unified working practices with Business Area Marketing and global colleagues.
- Together with Business Area marketing agree on local adaptation of key messages, target audience and best go-to-market model(s).
- Provide inputs on market & customer insights to global Marketing teams.
- Participate in development of digital marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage regional Marketing team.
In this role you will have one direct report, and you will report to VP, Marketing & Communications, Global Market Areas.
Requirements
- Applicants must have excellent command of French, in addition to English.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in demanding marketing and communications positions.
- Candidates need to have a strong knowledge of budgeting and team management.
- The candidate must be prepared to Travel in the MENA region on short notice.
- The Ideal candidate will have acquired a M.Sc. in marketing.
