Marketing & Communications Manager - Professional Services

A legal firm with a heritage and reputation in the Middle East region that is hard to compete with. They are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to enhance the full marketing mix across the market that they operate in.

Reporting to the head of BD, The Marketing & Communications Manager will have primary responsibility for developing and executing a branding, communications, events and PR strategy for the MENA region. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of the regional sector marketing plan in a concerted effort to generate profitable growth. The role requires someone with experience in all elements of the marketing mix including internal and external communications, Digital and the ever expanding social media platforms. Event management and business development would also complement the role adding more channels to market.

In summary, the successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the firm in the strongest and most positive manner with current
and prospective clients, potential employees and law students and continue there dominance.

Requirements

Degree
A minimum of 5 years marketing Communications experience in a Professional services environment
Strong communications skills written and verbal
Very diligent in working towards tight timelines
A team player
Able to influence at a senior/partner level
Well connected in the region with media contacts/PR Agencies and Journalists
A naturally commercial person with a creative flair
