The Role


The Role


Purpose

Management and implementation of Visa marketing campaigns at market level that support the achievement of local business and brand objectives.

Principle Responsibilities

Responsible for marketing consulting efforts for assigned for the MENA region
Work to retain and grow Visa´s Financial Institution client business by delivering marketing solutions that maximize revenue and profitability for assigned products and services
Manage marketing budget to align Visa´s product, marketing and sales strategies and objectives with Financial Institution client needs
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing (strategy through execution) consulting for assigned Visa products and services for Financial Institution clients
Align Visa Product, Marketing and Sales objectives and resources against Financial Institution client business needs
Develop and implement integrated Financial Institution client marketing plan for assigned client business on a yearly basis and update quarterly as appropriate
Provide input to management team and stakeholders to influence development of marketing strategies and program development
Earn marketing thought leadership with Financial Institution clients by providing insight driven, data focused and actionable marketing recommendations and solutions for assigned products and services
Develop and implement best-in-class marketing solutions and trends to ensure consistent and effective use for meeting Financial Institution client business objectives and needs
Manage all marketing agency relationships
Assist in development of country level marketing strategies and plans that address the key market opportunities or needs for the MENA region and markets Financial Institution client and other marketing functions (channels/products/new technology

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation
Masters of Business Administration preferred
Strong, broad-based and progressive marketing experience from within financial services, consumer products, agency or consulting disciplines. Knowledge of Visa businesses a plus.
Demonstrated leadership competencies in building successful client and cross-functional team relationships as well as resource and capacity management for assigned financial institution client line of business
Strong agency management skills
Delegation oversight expertise
Gathering and informing organization of results and best practices from key initiatives
Executive presence

Demonstrating strong point of view
