Marketing Coordinator / Designer

Salary: 5000 to 6500 AED pm

Our client, based in Dubai is part of one of the biggest group of companies in UAE. They have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator/ Designer in the Oil and Gas sector.

This company is operating along with an excess of 20 affiliated companies and working within 4 continents, operating in more than 25 nations, while this part of the company is new, there is a lot of scope for career development both within the operation and with the affiliated companies.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Marketing coordinator/Designer, the role demands coordination of all the marketing, event management activities along with web designing and responsible for all the collateral designs as per requirements from the marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, implementing the Marketing strategy and action plans, assisting in marketing initiatives with all required deliverables from marketing department.
- Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
- Responsible for all marketing company's events, setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for all collateral designs, such as; flyers, brochures, fosters, banner, roll-ups, assisting with production of artwork, print buying and checking copy.
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
- Maintain relations with the different divisions and manage external relationships with parties with requirements such as vendor, suppliers and hotel.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing or equivalent (preferably in a similar industry)
- Knowledge of new Marketing trends, design skills and being creative

Nice to have:
- UAE Drivers license
- Good written and spoken English communication
