Job description / Role
A leading Automotive company with over 26 years of presence in Saudi Arabia, offering world class vehicle sales & after sales experience to our valued customers, looking to hire Marketing Coordinator Manager - Spare Part & Maintenance Division.
- Coordinate directly with the Vice President of the company and Spare parts division
- Supervising the central warehouse
- Monitor and oversee stock analysis
- Coordinate price adjustment according to market price (identifying the competitors)
- Coordinate special offers, packages and promotion of some dead stocks & accessories to dealers and customers.
- Assistance for retailers to prepare parts business key figures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the field or similar field like After Sales in automotive industry
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors degree and is fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience working within and tracking performance against agreed budgets
- Comfortable in presenting to individuals and groups
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to direct and control a multitude of tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail is essential
- Excellent planning and project management skills and the ability to react quickly to change
- Good management skills
- Excellent communication skills especially with colleagues/ upper management
- Arab national or Bi-lingual in Arabic and English is a must
