Marketing Coordinator

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:
To assist the Marketing & Communication department with daily duties and projects, including administration, Public relations and advertising.

Key Tasks and Duties:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as liaison and follow-up with Procurement & Contracts, Finance, and Business Development
- Coordinate cross-functional requirements and information request on behalf of the department
- Assist Public Relations Officer in arranging site visits and welcome journalists
- Maintain Marketing database and ongoing update
- Execute digital campaigns by distributing digital advertisements via eBlast application and SMS Gateway software
- Participate in events and exhibitions in the UAE,GCC and internationally to promote ZAPIA and AWPR offerings to new and existing customers
- Complete understanding of ZAPIAs offerings and services
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Work with agencies, contractors and suppliers where possible.

Requirements

- A degree in marketing or a related subject.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Good MS Office Skills.
