Job description / Role
KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Doha office to provide support to marketing and business development efforts within our Design Division.
Requirements
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Demonstrated experience with gathering, drafting and preparation of data and research for compiling proposals and other marketing documents.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Clients, sub-Contractors as well as internal divisions for proposal submissions.
• Demonstrated experience in the preparation of proposal graphics and written material.
• Significant experience and knowledge in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Proven ability to prioritise busy workloads and perform within a dynamic team environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and use of efficient processes.
• Immaculate professional appearance and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
Prior experience within an Architectural, Engineering or Construction consultancy environment in the Gulf Region is preferred.
