Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinate and support the preparation of marketing campaigns to attract local and regional awareness of activities.
- Coordinate with the Security and technical Services Divisions on their marketing requirements to promote security services and products.
- Coordinate and support in the organizing and setup of all events ensuring the success of the event in order to meet its objective.
- Visit events facilities, activities and venues before and after events ensuring they meet the overall requirements
- Prepare marketing literature, associated materials and ensure they are effectively distributed/circulated to improve the marketing and services and products.
- divisions/departments, in order to develop and strengthen brand and awareness.
- Coordinate with contractors/third party agencies marketing and branding requirements and oversee their activities ensuring that they complete all tasks in the required time within the standards and requirements
- Prepare content for website ensuring that it is within the standards and requirements
- Identify and recommend various promotional items (gifts, giveaways & merchandise) that fit and meet the image and objectives
- Identify and recommend advertising opportunities that will ensure maximum exposure
- Maintain and update records and documents on all marketing activities related to ROTA ensuring that they easily accessible for future reference.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with advertising and marketing agencies locally, regionally and internationally ensuring the best interest of Hemaya are being met.
- Analyze, interpreting and reporting on sales and marketing results, customer behavior patterns and department metrics and other strategic information as needed.
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
- This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesnt preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- Five years of relevant work experience in a marketing role within a Security Services Industry
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
