Job description / Role
One of our clients is looking for an ARABIC SPEAKING Marketing Director to join their team in Dubai to develop and implement marketing and communication goals & strategies that support the business goals & vision. The ideal candidate should have a keen ability to keep business objectives at the forefront, should be a strategic thinker, and show leadership qualities in strategic planning and in brand management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.
- Report on marketing committee and strategy group activities to senior management colleagues.
- Manage strategic events including tradeshows and conferences
- Participate in strategic planning including budgeting and organizational goal setting
Requirements
- Candidate should have strong understanding and hands on experience in social media
- Candidae should have a proven track record in rebranding/ revamping an organization
- The candidate must be a self-starter, a terrific team player, able to work successfully with a wide range of personality types and have the ability to maximize everyday efficiency AND develop innovative/ proactive ideas.
- Highly effective oral, written and editing skills and expertise in high-impact messaging
- Attention to detail and accuracy - strong organizational skills
- Proven research and analytic proficiency
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves individual - willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job accomplished
