Employment: Full Time

My Client, one of the regions leading Real Estate Owner/Developers is looking for an exceptional Marketing professional to lead their marketing efforts across the region with the focus on hotels.

Reporting to the CEO, youll be:
Create and manage the Marcom strategy in line with the business strategy and in conjunction with the hotels/operators, Corporate Communications department, other marketing teams, and other key stakeholders.
Manage new hotel openings Marcom plans and activities
Business Strategy and Plan: Support senior team in defining and presentation of the Annual Business Plan with a 5 year strategic plan.
Marcom Plan: Create, present and gain approval from CEO on the annual Marcom plan which clearly outlines strategies with measurable objectives, budgets, programs, key tactics and Marcom tools for the upcoming year in keeping with the overall corporate brand and strategy along with other business units strategies and plans.
Brand / Vision / DNA: Revise current vision and mission in line with overall brand strategy and Properties aspiration, and fold messaging into all marketing and development project outputs.
Drive a brand strategy that clearly identifies our clients (DNA) irrespective of which brand/operator is involved
New project support: Identify opportunities to drive marketing and development efforts, and coordinate initiatives and plans to ensure maximization of commercial success Leadership: Provide leadership, education and motivation for the internal/external marketing team in order to deliver innovative / creative ideas that result in top of mind awareness for the range of existing assets and for development projects.
Promote the corporate culture and create a positive shadow for internal employees and external customers, communicating narrative and brand reinforcement to deliver a distinct culture.
Hotel Openings- Operators. Work alongside the operators to ensure corporate interests are represented in all new hotel openings.
Relationships: Establish a solid working relationship with executive team, stakeholders, senior development and asset heads and relevant corporate communication and branding departments.
Resource Planning: Create resource plan that includes organizational development, recruitment, training and motivation of Marcom related employees.
Reporting: Populate and present Marcom reports (e.g. Board, CEC, PCG, Marketing Plans, Budgets, Presentations, WIPs, Activities Calendar) to HBU head office in a timely manner
Consultants: Identify and maintain working relationship with key agency partners / suppliers (in conjunction with Marcom heads) to support an integrated resource solution across all projects.
Creativity & Innovation: Set and drive a creative strategy for an aligned portfolio of material across HBU and all project marketing such (e.g. brochures, brand films, presentations, website, etc)
Performance: Maximize the performance of HBU & Project marketing, through bi-monthly marketing team WIP reviews that monitor milestone activities of internal team and external advertising, PR, events and media agencies.
Sales: Work closely with the existing assets regional Sales Director to ensure asset marketing heads provide outstanding launch events, campaigns and promotional material to support sales targets and customer penetration.

Requirements

What were looking for:
University educated with a marketing related qualification, you will have a solid and proven career spanning at least 15+ years predominately within the hotel industry within the Middle East either directly or indirectly. You will be an expert in understanding the Marketing Mix and Communication Channels, Understanding advertising agencies, brief setting, reporting and analysis.
