Marketing Director - Middle East

An opportunity with a Multinational Consumer healthcare business and a global leader to head their Marketing piece across the Middle East

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the marketing team, steering the development, implementation of best-in-class brand management practices and programs for all portfolios across the Middle East. The Marketing Director will oversee the creation, implementation of strategies, brand plans for multiple products through oversight of his/her team to ensure that these plans are successfully implemented to achieve short and long-term objectives. The business strategy over the next three years is very ambitious and there is a lot of work to be done backed some very health budgets.

Requirements

- University degree in Science, Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years or more of marketing experience in the Consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field
- Experience in leading direct or matrixed teams
- P&L management experience
- Fluency in Arabic, and English required
- Experience of local laws and regulations dealing with issues
- Communication skills
