Company:

An International Real Estate Kuwaiti Shareholding Company established in May 2006. This company owns and operates prime commercial, retail and luxury residential properties in Kuwait and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.

The successful candidate will need to be well organised with an eye for detail, a high level of initiative and self-motivation, strong communication skills and a flexible and enthusiastic approach.

Job Description

As a Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include the following:

· Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to support the business strategies and complement this with detailed marketing plans
· Conduct market research and develop appropriate recommendations in respect of customer needs, industry trends and new or enhanced products/services
· Define competitive environment
· Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
· Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies
· Define and develop an appropriate brand strategy
· Develop network with high profile business leaders
· Implement financial forecasts/plans (marketing/business development)
· Develop and streamline marketing budget processes
· Issue and review budgets based on marketing plans
· Track and evaluate that budgets are utilised effectively and against submitted strategy and plans

§ Established expertise and or knowledge of all facets of Marketing & Branding
§ Ability to handle multiple project assignments in a timely manner
§ Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
§ Strategic thinking
§ Ability to accept broad responsibilities easily and with little supervision

Qualifications/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Training

§ 6 years experience in Marketing with proven track record in a major company;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience working in Real Estate Marketing
§ Educated to university degree level or equivalent

Additional skills required

§ MS Office competency is essential
§ Presentation skills
§ Budget preparation and management
