Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop, plan and implement promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities, events and/or items; establish methods for increasing participation in such programs.
Analyze, plan and coordinate sales programs; identify and coordinate marketing of services, programs and/or merchandise.
Conduct demographic and other marketing studies to identify trends to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts; research targeted markets and evaluate marketing strategies to identify potential consumers of products and/or services.
Identify and establish new funding sources; develop and implement strategy to enhance traditional or existing sources of funds. Assist in various special projects. Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. Manage the marketing department budget by delivering all the marketing activity within agreed budget.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution by cost effective high quality brochures, flyers, other printed materials, partnership programs and related activities. Plan and manage all product lunches, trade shows, public meetings and similar events with coordination with other manager. Manage over all media for the company by achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage throughout all available media.
Create a highly effective relationship between all Departments by achieving a positive working relationship with all Managers. Manage and effectively use the company database as a primary marketing by capturing, selecting, storing, profiling and analyzing of all data. Manage and direct all paid advertising by cost effective and appropriate advertising strategy with in the agreed budget. Creating and maintaining of all to date, effective and class leading website in coordination with Regional Office. Develop and maintain good relationship with Qatari officials in order to promote company products.
Enforce and ensure company corporate identity is been followed in all company and its departments. Meets with the general manager to review monthly forecasts, productivity reports, and the performance of the marketing department as a whole and each department individually. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Attend meetings, seminars and training courses as requested. Maintain professional appearance. Respond to all pages and calls in a timely manner. Carry out any temporary assignments your manager requires from you.
