This role combines the creativity of a marketer and the superior organisational skills required when working on some of the regions largest events. You will support the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of a dynamic marketing and events calendar, focusing on activating new activities and events at the site.

This is a hands on role, involving coordination, logistics, marketing, and planning plus onsite event management and will also include assisting in the preparation of marketing collateral and briefs.

Requirements

Candidates will be highly presentable, self-starters who are able to work accurately with minimum supervision. You should be passionate about people and committed towards producing results on time and developing the business. A true professional, always projecting that positive image, you will be dedicated to ensuring that customers receive the highest levels of customer service. You will be a natural can do individual, building relationship and fostering teamwork.

Technically, candidates must be in possession of a formal marketing qualification or equivalent, coupled with three plus years of experience with a marketing /events role, preferably within the hospitality/tourism/marine/ destination marketing or retail sector. Strong experience with liaising with suppliers, clients, stakeholders and internal teams is essential. Although, not mandatory, Arabic skills would be considered advantageous.

Due to the location, our client is happy to consider applications from candidates resident in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, a valid UAE driving licence is a MUST for this role.
