DC Aviation Al Futtaim is in the process of establishing a VVIP business aviation enterprise in Dubai, with the Middle East being one of the most dynamic, fastest growing aviation markets in the world.

The goal is to establish a top-of-the line flight operation, as well as maintenance services, for the most demanding customers in the region, with the latest design of business aircraft being our everyday working environment. Currently, the fleet comprises of Airbus ACJ319 and a Global Express XRS jets.

Backed by a German business jet operator who ask for challenges in their everyday work and are not afraid of treading on new grounds.The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide personal administrative support and assistance to the General Manager and Executive team.  This role will also coordinate the PR and Marketing function with key stakeholders and also be responsible for special projects that may be assigned by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Functions:

* Coordinate brand development and product awareness in the region using ATL and BTL activities.
* Strategize, plan, and implement marketing programs in line with Company's objectives
* Manage budget to optimize marketing activities.
* Agency management - creative/advertising, PR, media buying.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns to increase sales, brand positioning.
* Work closely with Corporate Marketing team and develop guidelines for actual activation.
* Develop and manage events and exhibitions from start to end to maximize brand awareness in-line with corporate objectives.
* Develop solid relationships with all suppliers in regards to marketing activities in order for the company to benefit from such relationships.
* Assess industry event sponsorship opportunities and formulate proposals based on company goals.
* Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities when possible.
* Feed-back all industry developments relating to new business, partnerships, upcoming changes and personnel.
* Maintaining and upgrading sales & marketing related databases.
* Provide marketing & PR reports on a monthly basis to GM and Corporate Marketing.
* e-Marketing.
* Coordinate e-shots on a regular basis.
* Maintaining/updating the companys website.

PA Functions:

* Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
* Read, analyze, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence to the related internal/external parties and follow up.
* Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters, and alert the GM or executive accordingly. Makes referrals to appropriate staff to provide requested information.
* File and retrieve documents, records, and reports as per GM requests.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies, tracking staff holidays (at request of GM).
* Plan and organize GM's internal and external meetings including; prepares agendas, formatting presentations, takes minutes and/or keeps record of proceedings (at request).
* Coordinate and facilitate the GM's calendar to arrange appointments, greet visitors at all level of seniority.
* Review, proofread, and edits documents prepared for the GM's signature.
* Handle all GM travel arrangements; prepare itineraries, prepare, compile and maintain travel records and report to finance.
* Carries out specific projects and research as assigned by the GM.
