This growth requires a team of highly committed CRM digital specialists. Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. Delivering world class insight into an ever changing and highly demanding customer will discern the winners of tomorrow's retail market. The Role:

The Marketing Executive will work together with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and then implement the digital strategy for Alshaya's brands across web, social and mobile. Ensures a delivery of best in class customer engagement and return on investment. Works together with the Digital Marketing Manager and the brand teams in the creation of content calendars and posts social media updates on behalf of Alshaya's brands.

Key Accountabilities

Create and Post Content:

* Work closely together with the Digital Marketing Manager and the brand teams to create content calendars for future use.
* Lead the quality assurance (spelling, photos, etc) and engagement measurements when posting digital content.
* Ensure all digital content published for Alshaya's brands are in line with host brand (and internal Alshaya) guidelines.
* Point person to claim locations of our stores and restaurants across Facebook, Google Maps and foursquare.
* Gather assets and work with the brand teams for the creation of brand websites and mobile pages.

Analysis:

* Point person for social media engagement rates and audience growth, utilizing a wide range of measurement performance tools.
* Benchmark our digital performance against local and regional competitors.

Monitoring:

* Maintain up-to-date escalation protocols for each brand so our customer conversations on social media are within the guidelines as defined by the brands (and existing Alshaya policies).
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure our digital response times are within set goals.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

You MUST be Fluent in English and Arabic - you will also have the following:

* University degree (BA or BSc)
* Skilled with Microsoft Office
* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly
