Marketing Executive (Events)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading global events company which has an established and growing portfolio of exhibitions, conferences and training. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Executive (Events).

Working on one of their longest-standing and most established shows at a trainee level, you will be supported by Marketing Managers to develop your digital marketing, public relations, publishing and general marketing abilities.

You will be part of a strong and successful team whose aim is to increase the brand awareness of the event, promote to potential delegates and attract exhibitors and sponsors, ultimately generating revenue. You will use analytical expertise to track and report on marketing campaigns as well as research skills to keep abreast of marketing trends.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated in business or marketing. It would be highly advantageous to have an interest in or previous exposure to the events, digital marketing and editorial industries alongside a flair for writing content for marketing material.

This role would suit an entry level candidate with up to 1 year of experience who can develop quickly in a large multinational organisation.
