Job description / Role
An established retail group based in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive for their F&B division. You will be responsible for devising and executing the marketing plan for F&B division including advertising, social media, event management, community engagement, partner engagement, and marketing research.
Responsibilities:
* Together with the marketing manager prepare the marketing calendar for all the F&B brands (advertising, promotions, participation in food events, etc.) and ensure adherence.
* Coordinate with PR executive for media communications (including website and social media) for all F&B concepts.
* Coordinate with PR executive to get assistance from external parties as required (e.g., event planners, etc.).
* Ensure that the media communication (including website and social media) is in line with brand objectives and specifications.
* Assess the impact of marketing activity on the business performance and and tailor marketing activities accordingly.
* Gather and analyze customer data to generate customer insights.
* Monitor implementation and consistency of brand building strategies and communication across restaurants.
* Rigorously monitor the market and competition to understand threats and opportunities and modify marketing plan accordingly.
Skills:
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Creative and innovative.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* 3+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years of marketing experience in F&B industry.
* Experience in UAE preferred.
* University degree, preferably with focus in Business Administration/Marketing.
