Job description / Role

Devise and implement methods of promoting company to dealers and customers resulting in increased sales and profitable business for the company in the local market as per the strategy. To assist and advice the marketing department in creating new design concept and make sure that it is implemented in MC centres and Inspiration centres as per the company standard.

Responsibilities:
- To liaise , Market, and over all implementation of Multicolor concept in the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region in accordance with the Regional & Local marketing strategy.
- Assist/Develop, implement & evaluate local campaigns in co-ordination with sales departments
- Develop Marketing material to improve visibility of the company as a brand, to be used as a selling tool on specific products/ new launches, to be educational to end users, improve overall look of the shop plus liaise with media for all ads/articles and press releases.
- Assist & prepare a comprehensive Retail map, structure, and categorization for retail management. Closely analyze retail trends and consumer behavior and competitors activities in the market and report timely.
- Assistance for designing Multicolour shops, creative layouts/colour scheme in liaison with agencies and also taking care & advice of future trends in design and Marketing.
- Give colour consultancy to end users during campaign by preparing the colour and design perspective (Adobe).
- Meet and develop business relationship with interior designers by promoting and providing specification support on type, colour and technique of Paints
- Promote company and defined strategic brands.
- Map, categorize and analyze Retail Trade.
- Visit & develop business relationship with interior designers.
- Writing & distributing press releases and ads/campaign including proof reading.
- Assist in planning, conceiving, developing, Implementing and Evaluating local/Regional campaigns.
- Upgrading the retail outlets within Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
- Frequently visiting trade and interact with end-users
- Introduce marketing material for Multicolor centers and educating end users on Multicolor products
- Assist /Support in planning marketing activities/year end gifts/exhibition & seminar/Campaign and shop and shop materials & over all out looks as per the company standard.

Requirements

- Should be an European or Westerner
- Must have a Bachelor Degree or Diploma
- Must be flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Should be well experienced in all Marketing Functions
- Needs to have experience in the UAE/Middle East.
