Marketing Executive - Honda - OMASCO - Oman

Omasco is represented across Oman with sales and service teams based in each key city or town. The team in Omasco is highly motivated towards trying to provide an excellent customer experience supported by regular training by the franchise Principals to ensure all products can be properly serviced and maintained.

The company holds exclusive distributorship rights in Oman for many world-class brands including Honda, Panasonic, Toyo, Yanmar, GE, Black & Decker, Raymond Weil, Kolber, Dow, Prominent, Culligan, Alba, Aftron, Hamilton Jet and ADNOC.

We are seeking to hire a Marketing Executive to assist Honda Oman marketing team in all areas of marketing communications.

To develop, implement and measure all marketing campaigns as part of the marketing plan.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a yearly calendar of communication, events and promotions
- To coordinate, manage and monitor activity to successfully execute agreed plans
- MIS reporting including maintaining marketing dashboards to monitor all planned activities
- Maintain and monitor principal marketing funds accruals and expenditure
- Purchase order creation and payment control
- Management of all branding, POS and all other collateral items
- Digital communication including social media content management and coordination
- Organise roadshows, exhibitions, etc
- To keep abreast of competitor campaigns, offers and pricing

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an Omani with the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma or university graduate. Must be proficient in Arabic and English.

Minimum Experience:
4 years of sales and marketing experience.

Job-Specific Skills:
Awareness of new trends in the communication and auto industries. Good knowledge of MS Office. Expertise in social media platforms, good research capabilities and in-depth knowledge of car and component brands. Knowledge of various website content management an advantage.

Behavioral Competencies:
Ability to deal with various people, to manage simultaneous jobs, to set priorities. High trouble shooting capability.
