Job description / Role
Marketing Executive, female; required for one of the largest FMCG companies in Dubai, the company has an excellent range of products to offer and you will be providing support to the sales team with responsibility for developing all aspects of the range and distribution mix. To manage key customer relationships and represent the company at buyer and merchandising levels of customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a marketing team and closely with the Marketing Manager on developing and implementing the marketing plan & brand strategy
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Helping to attract new clients as well as develop existing ones
- Delivering marketing collateral for use across both digital and offline channels
- Analyzing campaigns and making recommendations for future improvements
- Reviewing and developing the brand across all channels
- Crafting well written, persuasive marketing communications and messaging
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills is essential
- Marketing / business studies graduate or professional with at least 1-2 years marketing experience
- Sound understanding of performance measurement: ability to track/monitor project process against plan
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships at all levels
- An excellent team player, proactive and knows when and how to take initiative
