Job description / Role

Research – Competitor and market/industry research – this can obviously help promote and identify differentiators for you to communicate to prospects
Evaluation and measurement – relevant to ROI but perhaps not directly accountable, but they should be conversant with measuring the success of what they produce and suggest appropriate improvements.
Internal relationships - Forge good relationships and work with the business development department. Ask the right questions to determine their needs for support.

Establish and maintain a regular flow of content from sources within the company to provide material for social media channels, newsletters and website news.

Requirements

Good command of English language, with good writing skills and attention to detail.
Competent in the use of Adobe Creative suite, with good art-working, typesetting and design layout and formatting skills. You should be able to prepare final artwork files for print production.
Administer and update company website using standard CMS – ensure news sections and project sections are kept up-to-date with the latest information.
Continuously update the project data sheets and case studies and develop a process to gather the required content, ensuring that photographs are taken of all projects during progress and on completion.
Plan and gather content for the quarterly magazine. Design, layout, format and write/edit copy. Prepare for distribution.
Act as brand Ambassador and take ownership of the brand manual - ensure compliance by all departments and establish a process to check and monitor.
Manage, update and monitor all company social media channels (Facebook company page, LinkedIn & YouTube)
Suggest ways to drive traffic to website regionally
Control of marketing material used by Business Development Department – manage stock levels, updates required, needs match supply.
